What's Included in Your Home Protection Plan

  1. Check and replace standard air filter for proper air flow.

  2. ​Check evaporator coil connection.

  3. Check amperage of components.

  4. check wiring and tighten weak connections.

  5. Check the blower, motor and bearings for wear.

  6. Oil and lubricate bearings as needed.

  7. Check refrigerant pressures.

  8. Check the compressor, start and run capacitors.

  9. Check for damaged condenser coils.

  10. Check electrical and contactors for wear.

  11. Verify proper operation of thermostat.

  12. Clean out electrical cabinet.

  13. Vacuum out blower housing.

  14. Inspect and brush down accessible evaporator coils.

  15. Flush system drains and verify drain is free of debris.

  16. Wash outdoor condenser.
